And maybe, without even noticing, your ingenuity was silenced.
The Algorithm of Ingenuity is my way of breaking those boxes. Ingenuity is not a rare gift of genius, it is a human capacity we all share. Here you will find essays, reflections, and tools to help you cultivate it in yourself. And if you are a leader, you will discover how to awaken it in others. Everything I share is based on scientific research combined with practice and lived experience, no empty buzzwords, no quick fixes, only what truly helps people grow.
This is not about small improvements. It is about learning to lead beyond the expected. Artificial intelligence is getting faster and smarter, but it cannot be ingenious. Our advantage is imagination, resilience, and the courage to create what does not yet exist.
